Milk & Sugar is a ready-to-wear, slow fashion label in Singapore that focuses on and experiments with seersucker fabrics. Especially in this hot and humid country, we acknowledge the importance of looking stylish in comfortable garments.
About The Name
Milk & Sugar got its name from the reference of the smoothness of milk, and the coarse texture of sugar which relates to the smooth and rough alternating texture of seersuckers.
About Us
Milk & Sugar focuses on the uprising trend of incorporating comfort in clothing and believe that less is more. The needs and well-being of our audience is always our centre of attention. We aim to cater to their needs with our breathable and hypoallergenic cotton fabrics, merged with our timeless designs that are easy to match with many other products.
We acknowledge the importance of keeping our earth healthy and clean and manufactures our products sustainably and ethically.
All our garments are sewn and naturally dyed by local artisans, in ethical environments. We not only use cotton that is 100% biodegradable, we also use recycled cotton to reduce textileconsumption and waste.
Fashion waste is a huge issue that is not talked about enough. Here in Milk & Sugar, we hope to see our planet in a healthier state by reducing the amount of textile wastage with our timeless and minimalistic designs. We hope to raise awareness and promote slow fashion and spread the message that less is more. We aim to create beautiful minimalistic and easy-to-match designs and watch the world fall in love with them.
